Lender's Independent Consulting Engineer (CORAL ESTATE)

The LICE is responsible for manoeuvring between different stakeholders such as the lender, contractor and at times political interests. Our most seasoned staff are involved in brokering LICE agreements ensuring the construction trajectory reaches all its goals.

More recently, CEC has worked closely with Banco di Caribe to monitor all aspects of a construction process in one of Coral Estate’s most recent projects, the remodelling of 14 studio apartments at the Coral Estate Centre, the former Habitat Hotel. CEC’s tasks were to ensure the materials used and the actual construction met all of the bank’s requirements in order for the bank to honor the payment instalments.
