“Project Development and building processes can be extremely complex, especially when several parties are involved. Therefore, it is very important to work with professionals who understand the ins and outs of this industry. Coral Estate has been developing projects for 20 years and I have worked 11 years in Curaçao on numerous construction projects. I speak from experience when I say that CEC is more than capable of managing projects at the high level Coral Estate operates in. CEC’s input was invaluable to one of our recently completed projects, the Coral Estate Centre, which was the former Habitat Hotel. This development entailed the remodelling of 14 studio apartments and the construction of 6 new homes. Coral Estate took out a loan with Banco di Caribe to fund part of this project. The bank appointed a LICE, an independent consultant engineer, CEC, to supervise the construction trajectory. They always had a representative present at the meetings, which ensured the communication between Coral Estate and the bank went accordingly. They were up-to-speed with keeping us on track as far as the construction phase were concerned. Their professionalism aided us in reaching our goal and we look forward to taking on a project with them in the future.”
